Dissertation Defense: Natasha Smith

Natasha Smith will defend her dissertation in partial fulfillment for the PhD degree in higher education administration. Her dissertation title is, “On Becoming Myself: A Longitudinal Autoethnography of the Racial Identity Experience of a Multicultural Black American Woman (With Mixed Race Ancestry) Living Through the Myth of a Colorblind 'Post-Racial' Era."
